So, I’ve been thinking…
About life, myself, the business I run, you and who you want to be.
And I can honestly say that it’s challenging.
Life is busy.
Running a business requires a certain level of discipline that no one teaches you.
Healing feels like an impossible task at times.
The Law of Attraction is demanding. If it’s not demanding something of you (mostly to give up your ego’s addiction to fear, in favour of loving yourself enough to succeed) you’re probably not working it as much as you can!
Why do we bother with it all?
Well, I remember saying to a client once that “I’d never heard a successful business owner who was making more than enough money ask if it was worth it”.
She was in a state of distress.
She was thinking of giving it all up.
She didn’t want to run her business anymore. She needed more money and going back to work was easier.
I wasn’t going to give up on her, though.
And as I said those words to her, I realized the truth of it.
Money makes us comfortable.
It doesn’t make us happy, necessarily. But it does make things a LOT easier.
I know from experience that not having enough money creates a layer of stress that closes us off from all that we can be… if we let it.
It’s easier to give up. It’s easier to not have those tough conversations about money. It’s easier to not feel the shame and the fear that keeps cash at bay in the first place.
Of course, we need money…
We need money to follow our inner calling.
We need money to pay our bills.
We need money to create safety for ourselves.
But you know…
I had to learn how to get comfortable with the discomfort of not having enough money.
I allowed that space to exist because without it I wouldn’t have learned so much about myself – about my unwillingness to give up on what I wanted, regardless of what others said to me.
I learned about mental and emotional discipline.
I learned the core truth of the Law of Attraction – that there is no God up there ready to gift those who’ve been ‘good’, with money.
There is a Source Energy of this Universe that purely and simply responds to the vibration we’re giving out. No more. No less.
Then money came in ebbs and flows as I worked out that energy I was creating. The ebbs became smaller, and the flows became bigger.
It was uncomfortable at times.
I didn’t give up.
So here’s what we’re going to do:
One money goal – let’s keep it simple!
Daily uplifting messages, manifesting exercises, and focus work.
We’re going to get moving in the right direction.
