I want to help you build more trust in your intuition. So that you can be more pro-active in creating the lifestyle – the business, the income, the time and energy – that is calling out to you.
I’m sharing 4 simple steps below that will help you to build more trust in your intuitive faculty, so you can create more of the good things you want in your life, and limit yourself less.
Step 1: Tune In
Use this meditative exercise to help you listen to that inner voice:
Step 2: Write It Down
Write down any insights, ideas, feelings, thoughts you receive in that meditative space.
It doesn’t matter if it’s something big or something small, just write it all down. Even if you think it’s just your imagination…
Be careful here not to judge anything you receive as right or wrong. Because that’s where things get blocked up and you begin to rely on your mind for instruction.
But your mind can’t guide you. It’s a processing tool for turning your intuition into actionable steps. You need both your spiritual connection/intuition and your mental processes/mind.
Step 3: Let It Go
Put it all aside, and trust what happens through the day.
This is the step that is missing for many people.
It’s easy to fall trap to thinking that you then have to stay super vigilant to what’s going on around you. But everything is already aligned, and your job is to move into that flow, with the new awareness you’ve received when you tuned in, rather than forcing anything into place.
Step 4: Review Later
At the end of each week, you might like to review what you wrote down after your meditations. It’s amazing how things can fall into place through the day and we’ve not even realized.
Giving yourself space to review means that bit by bit, layer by layer you begin to see patterns emerging and the faith that you are guided begins to build up.
Remember that faith is belief in the absence of evidence. And your intuition speaks without any evidence of its truth being available to you at that moment.
Quite often the evidence will be found as you note down your intuition, and review what has happened over the week.
Also, remember that evidence of the trustworthiness of your intuition is not always found as solid things in the physical world. But is found in the building up of huge amounts of courage, ever-present wisdom, and long-term successes.
